Maxxis Bighorn 2.0 Tires & Duro 2 Star Kaden Tires

Maxxis Bighorn 2.0 tires have a strong 6-ply rating with non-directional tread patter that offers traction in all types of terrain. Lighter-weight than the previous Bighorn tires, these come standard on the 1000 XT. In the market for a 700? No need to worry about the tires. All 700's come standard with Duro 2 Star Kaden tires. A 2-ply rating with a tread patter that's designed to get you through all types of terrain.

2/4 WD + Electric Front Differential Lock

Standard 4-wheel drive is where power is delivered to both the front and rear tires via the open front differential. This allows the front tires to spin at different speeds maintaining easy steering. Adding a front differential lock keeps the power the same to all four tires providing maximum traction. This is standard on the 1000 XT, 700 Limited, 700 XT and 700 Core models.

Park

With the new park feature, there's no need to engage your emergency brake to keep the machine from rolling away. If you're parking on steeper inclines, we do recommend engaging the emergency brake as a secondary precaution.

Power

Our H2 and H1 engines have to be at the forefront of the conversation. Built in St. Cloud, Minnesota, these two power plants display plenty of bicep. The H2 1000 V-Twin engine has 951cc of displacement. While the H1 in our 700 machine displays plenty of ultrasmooth force as well. These engines are built with a Pentroof Hemispherical Combustion Chamber, which provides the power advantages of the hemispherical design plus the efficiency advantages of 4 valves per cylinder.

1000 H2 and 700 H1 Engines

Wrapping power and efficiency into these potent engines, the H2 liquid-cooled 90° V-twin engine with EFI brings plenty of power to the party with 951cc. The 695cc H1 engine with EFI is no slouch either.

Duramatic Automatic Transmission

Our Duramatic™ automatic transmission is as bulletproof as they come. It's made of a centrifugal clutch with primary and driven belt clutches. As RPMs rise, the centrifugal clutch engages, allowing the primary clutch to be engaged with the belt at all times.
